OUR LOCAL HISTORY
The ever growing in popularity Georgian quarter is slightly set back from the famous River Mersey but is one of the countries best preserved collections of Georgian architecture outside of London. The area reflects Liverpool’s rich past, the days when a fifth of the world’s shipping passed through it’s ports. The history and aesthetic of the Georgian quarter make it the second most popular film location for urban films in Britain outside of London.
